Ali O Mahony is passionate about cakes!
Ali qualified as a chef in 1988. She has always loved cake decorating, making cakes for friends and family. After a number of years it became more than just a hobby and Ali is delighted to spend her time baking and decorating custom made cakes to suit all occasions. A member of The Cork Sugarcraft Guild , Ali is always updating her skills and loves a challenge! She has won a bronze Medal for Chef Ireland in the Decorated Gateau section and achieved Gold in the Cork Sugarcraft Novelty Cake Category.
Ali loves to research new ideas and skills. She is particularly influenced by Debbie Brown, Colette Peters, Lindy Smith, Jacqueline Cullinane and Patricia O'Flaherty.
